run cmd with administrator
type "netsh wlan set hostednetwork mode=allow"
go to Control Panel/Device Manager/Network Adapters
Disable and then Enable the "Microsoft Virtual WiFi Miniport Adapter (for win7) / Microsoft Hosted Network Virtual Adapter (for win8+)" (if it doesn't appear, just disable and enable your wireless adapter first)
