Question

When I tried to run snes9x-1.53-win x64 on Windows 8.1, it gave this error:

Download the missing dll file manualy, and copy it into your snes9x folder. Download it here:

http://www.dlldump.com/dllfiles/D/d3dx9_38.dll

or google it by yourself!

Or update your graphics card driver and install the latest DirectX.
