This is one of the most commonly encountered problems when using some portableware, just because no VC runtime installed on your computer! And this mfc120u.dll (or CdrContainer.dll, CrlUtils.dll, CDRCPR.dll...) is missing means that you need to install the VC++ 2013 Rumtime Library (for mfc100.dll, it will be VC++ 2010):
