Question 1

When i used FileZilla to upload files to my host, it couldn't connect to server:

Status:   Resolving address of ftp.example.com
Status:   Connection attempt failed with "EAI_NONAME - Neither nodename nor servname provided, or not known".
Error:   Could not connect to server
Status:   Waiting to retry...

Question 2

If you can ping through your website, we can sure the problem is the DNS server (your ISP's problem), you can use a different DNS server (or just use a tool like DNS Jumper to do that). That's all.
