Nebula emulator error: WARNING!! Some roms are missing or different

Question

I used Nebula emulator 2.25b to open Sengoku 1 or 3 rom, it gave this error message:

Make sure you have gotten the neogeo.zip BIOS file in the ROM folder. That's the problem.
