how to connect database in dreamweaver cc

I want to use the dreamweaver cc (portable version) to connect to my localhost database, but even can not find the application panel.

If your dw cc is portable version, it probably does not include the Server Behaviors component.

CC is different from the CS where we can connect database through "Window->Databases". Follow below steps to solve this problem:

Download and Install Deprecated Panel Support - Download and install it in Adobe Extension Manager CC.
Enable the Server Behaviors Panel - In order to do that go to Dreamweaver CSS Window top menu and check Server behaviors.
Enable Databases and Bindings - You can enable the databases and bindings panels again from the Window menu and arrange them in your Dreamweaver.
