'MSVCP***.dll is missing' problem is always the result of your system did not install the correct or complete system component - Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable Packages for Visual Studio 2KXX, especially the latest versions.

Just download and install them here (start from the latest version, must install both 32-bit and 64-bit at the same time). Then the two dll file missing problems you mentioned above will be gone.
